Yes. The Egypt plan works across the whole country, so you do not need a separate eSIM for Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, Cairo or Luxor. It roams on the Vodafone, Orange or Etisalat networks.
Will I have internet right at Hurghada or Sharm El Sheikh airport?
At Hurghada (HRG) and Sharm El Sheikh (SSH) airports mobile data usually comes up right after landing, before passport control, if the profile was installed at home. Turn off flight mode, pick the Egypt eSIM for mobile data and turn on data roaming for it. Do not count on the free airport Wi-Fi.

Beaches usually have mobile data, but in the open sea, in the desert and on the roads between resorts every operator loses signal. Before a boat trip, a jeep safari or a Luxor excursion, download offline maps and tickets over Wi-Fi.
When should I install the eSIM, and when do the plan days start?
Install the profile at home over Wi-Fi and give the line a clear name such as «Egypt»: you cannot install an eSIM without internet. The days count from the first connection to a network in Egypt, not from the purchase.
What if the data runs out before the end date?
