How can I tell whether my phone supports eSIM?
Open the mobile network settings: if there is an “Add eSIM” or “Add carrier” item, the device will work. The phone also must not be locked to a carrier. The @moresim_bot bot checks compatibility by model automatically.
How do I install an eSIM on iPhone?
Buy a package in the bot or on the site and scan the QR code you receive with the camera under “Cellular → Add eSIM”. The profile becomes a second line, and your home SIM stays active.
When does the package validity start?
The countdown starts at the moment of activation — that is, when the installed eSIM first connects to a supported network in the country of your trip. Until then the package simply waits.
Can I top up data without buying a new eSIM?
Yes. Open the eSIM in your account and tap “Top up data” (in the Mini App — “Top up”), then pick a package: it is added to the current profile without reinstalling.
What happens to my number in roaming?
The number stays on the physical SIM. We recommend turning off its data and leaving only calls and SMS so your carrier doesn't charge for roaming.
