Android phones with eSIM: OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, Nothing
Which OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, Tecno, Infinix, Nothing, Motorola and Sony phones support eSIM, why the market version matters, and how to check yours.
Android phones with eSIM aren’t just Samsung, Xiaomi and Google Pixel. As of October 2026, eSIM is listed in the specs of current flagships from OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, Motorola, Sony and Nothing, while Realme, Tecno and Infinix offer it only on selected models. For all of these brands, support depends on the market version: the same model can ship with eSIM in Europe and without it elsewhere.
Which Android phones have eSIM besides Samsung, Xiaomi and Pixel?
Beyond Samsung, Xiaomi and Pixel, eSIM shows up as of October 2026 at OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, Tecno, Infinix, Nothing, Motorola and Sony, but almost always on some models only. The table is based on manufacturers’ specs for global and European versions.
| Brand | eSIM listed in the specs | No eSIM, or not in every version |
|---|---|---|
| OnePlus | OnePlus 15, OnePlus 13 | OnePlus 15R — yes in the US version, not in global or UK; 13R, Nord 5, Nord CE5 — no |
| Oppo | Find X9, X9 Pro, X9 Ultra, Find N5, N6, Reno15, Reno14 and Reno14 Pro | Reno14 F 5G, Reno15 F 5G, A series — nano-SIM only |
| Vivo | X300, X300 Pro, X300 Ultra; X200 FE and V70 in European versions | X200 Pro — only on some European sites; Y series — no |
| Realme | Realme 16 5G, 16 Pro and 16 Pro+ in European versions | Non-European 16 Pro and 16 Pro+, GT 8 Pro, C series — nano-SIM only |
| Tecno | Camon 50 Ultra 5G, not in every region | Camon 40 series — no eSIM mentioned |
| Infinix | NOTE 60 Ultra, depending on country and carrier | NOTE 50, HOT 60 Pro, SMART 10, GT 30 Pro, ZERO 40 — nano-SIM only |
| Nothing | Phone (3) | Phone (3a), (3a) Pro, (3a) Lite, (4a) — Japan only; Phone (1), (2), (2a) — no |
| Motorola | edge 70, edge 70 pro, razr 60 ultra, razr 70 ultra, razr fold, moto g57 power | moto e15 — two nano-SIMs |
| Sony | European Xperia from the IV generation on, Xperia 10 VII and 1 VIII | Xperia III generation and older — no; non-European versions may differ |
Treat the table as a rule of thumb, not a full list: lineups change, and versions for China, India, the US and other markets can differ. Samsung and Xiaomi are covered in our overview of which phones support eSIM, and Pixel has its own guide: per Google, every Pixel from the Pixel 3 on has eSIM.
Does the OnePlus 15 have eSIM? What about other OnePlus phones?
Yes, the OnePlus 15 has eSIM: OnePlus’s global, UK and Indian sites list eSIM plus a dual nano-SIM tray. The OnePlus 13 lists eSIM too, with a note that availability may vary with local carrier compatibility.
Cheaper OnePlus models are a different story. The US page for the OnePlus 15R lists eSIM, while the global and UK pages show only a dual nano-SIM tray. The OnePlus 13R lists no eSIM in any of those versions, the Nord 5 specs spell out “eSIM: No”, and the Nord CE5 has only a hybrid tray for nano-SIMs and a memory card.
Do the Oppo Reno 14 and Find X9 have eSIM?
The Oppo Reno14 and Reno14 Pro do have eSIM: Oppo’s global site lists a nano-SIM plus eSIM for both. The Reno14 F 5G lists nano-SIM only, so “Reno 14” in the name tells you nothing on its own.
- Find X9, Find X9 Pro, Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s — eSIM supported.
- Find N5 and Find N6 foldables — eSIM supported.
- Reno15 and Reno15 Pro, plus Reno13, Reno13 Pro and Reno13 F 5G — eSIM listed.
- Reno14 F 5G, Reno15 F 5G and the A series models we checked (A5 Pro 5G, A6 Pro 5G, A6x 5G) — nano-SIM only.
That’s Oppo’s global site as of October 2026. Versions for other countries can differ, so ask the seller which market the phone was made for.
Vivo X200 Pro and Realme: why one model ships both with and without eSIM
With Vivo and Realme, eSIM depends mostly on the country the phone was built for, not on the model name, and the manufacturers’ sites show it.
- Vivo X200 Pro: Vivo’s Spanish site lists eSIM as supported, while the global, Italian and Polish sites show two nano-SIMs only.
- Vivo X300, X300 Pro and X300 Ultra: the global site lists two nano-SIMs, a nano-SIM plus eSIM, or two eSIMs at once.
- Vivo X200 FE and V70: eSIM is in the specs of the European versions, while the global site shows two nano-SIMs only.
- Realme 16 Pro: the global specs say outright that eSIM isn’t supported except in the European version. The Realme 16 Pro+ works the same way.
- Realme 16 5G: eSIM is listed on the European site.
- Vivo Y series and Realme C series: the models we checked have nano-SIM only, and for the Realme C100 5G the specs say plainly that there’s no eSIM.
If you want a Realme or Vivo with eSIM, check the specs for the country the phone ships from; at Realme, eSIM is more common in European versions.
Does the Tecno Camon 40 have eSIM, and what about Infinix?
Tecno doesn’t claim eSIM for the Camon 40: the specs for the Camon 40, Camon 40 Pro 5G and Camon 40 Premier 5G on Tecno’s global site don’t mention it. As of October 2026, Tecno lists eSIM on the Camon 50 Ultra 5G page, noting it isn’t available in every region and depends on local carriers.
Infinix looks similar. Its global site lists eSIM in the NOTE 60 Ultra specs, again with a caveat about country and carrier. The NOTE 50, HOT 60 Pro, SMART 10, GT 30 Pro and ZERO 40 specs show nano-SIM slots only. Both brands build one model in several versions, so check the phone itself.
Do the Nothing Phone (3a), Motorola and Sony Xperia phones have eSIM?
According to Nothing’s help center as of October 2026, the Nothing Phone (3a) supports eSIM only in the version sold in Japan, so check your unit by its EID. The same goes for the Phone (3a) Pro, Phone (3a) Lite, Phone (4a) and CMF Phone 2 Pro, while the Phone (1), (2) and (2a) have no eSIM at all. Nothing’s phone with eSIM and no strings attached is the Phone (3).
Motorola phones with eSIM are mostly edge and razr models. Motorola’s Western Europe site lists eSIM plus a physical SIM for the edge 70, edge 70 pro, moto g57 power, razr 60 ultra, razr 70 ultra and razr fold. The budget moto e15 has two nano-SIMs.
Sony Xperia phones with eSIM are the European models from the fourth generation on. Sony’s table lists eSIM for the Xperia 1 IV, 5 IV, 10 IV and newer, including the Xperia 1 VII, and Sony’s UK site lists it for the Xperia 10 VII and 1 VIII too. The Xperia III generation has none, and Sony says non-European versions may not support eSIM.
How do you check eSIM on any Android phone in a minute?
The most reliable way to check eSIM on any Android phone is on the phone itself, since a model’s specs may describe a different version. Our guide to checking eSIM support covers every method; here’s the short version.
- Dial *#06# in the Phone app. If you see an EID among the numbers, the phone has an eSIM chip.
- Open Settings and go to the mobile network or SIM section. Names depend on the skin: ColorOS on Oppo, OxygenOS on OnePlus, realme UI, HiOS on Tecno, XOS on Infinix, Nothing OS.
- Look for an eSIM option: add eSIM, download a SIM or add a cellular plan.
- If you can’t find it, type “eSIM” into the settings search.
- Find the full model code under About phone and compare it with the manufacturer’s specs for your country.
- Run the model through the compatibility check in the Telegram bot @moresim_bot.
What’s next: you have eSIM, or you don’t
If you see an EID and an eSIM option, a travel eSIM goes in as a second line and your home SIM stays put. Setup steps are in our guide to eSIM on Android.
MoreSim sells eSIMs on its website and in the Telegram bot @moresim_bot; you can pay with Telegram Stars from any country, right in the bot (bank card and SBP payments currently work with cards issued in Russia). The QR code arrives in the chat in about 30 seconds. The plan starts counting on first connection in your destination, so install it at home over Wi-Fi.
Turn on data roaming for the travel eSIM line: most travel eSIMs run on a local network as a roaming line, so without it you won’t get data. If your plan’s instructions say otherwise, follow them. MoreSim plans are mobile data only, with no phone number: calls go through messaging apps where they aren’t restricted, and bank texts keep coming to your home SIM.
If your phone has no eSIM, you can’t install a travel profile on it directly. An eSIM adapter, a local SIM, home-carrier roaming or a hotspot from another phone will still get you online — see our guide for phones without eSIM.
